Cecil

Cecil is a pure object-oriented programming language developed by Craig Chambers at the University of Washington in 1992 as part of the Vortex project. It has similarities to Objective-C, Modula-3 and Self, and its goals were extensibility, orthogonality, efficiency and ease of use.
